FlexBuilder3 mit Aptana/Eclipse 3.4.1 “Ganymede”

FlexBuilder3 basiert auf Eclipse 3.3.1 und funktioniert unglücklicherweise nicht ohne Probleme mit Eclipse 3.4.1 “Ganymede”.
Aber Eclipse “Ganymede” besitzt ein Feature zum einfachen einbinden von Plugins als sogenannte “Dropins”, dazu existiert unter der Eclipse 3.4.1 Installation ein Ordner “dropin”…
Eclipse schließen und den kompletten Flexbuilder Ordner (Standalone oder Plugin) in diesen dropin Ordner kopieren. Eclipse starten und nun sollte die komplette Flexumgebung zur Verfügung stehen!
Flexbuilder findet man beim Standardinstallationspfad unter C :\Programme\Adobe.

Yes, it works.
Tested with Flexbuilder 3.0.2 (plug-in version) and Eclipse 3.5.1
Btw. You can also try Flash Builder 4 Beta2 (the new name of the upcoming Flexbuilder 4 release for the first half of 2010).

Works a treat! Had to tweak a couple of debug settings that didn’t transfer across (was targetting wrong version of Flash Player) but apart from that it does what it says on the tin.
